I forgot my password

On the Smasho login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new one.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings (players: Profile) and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and its data. A parent's delete also removes the child profiles they manage. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

How do I report a post or block someone?

In the Community, tap the options button on any post or reply, then choose Report or Block. Reported content is hidden from you straight away and reviewed by our team within 24 hours.

My club, lessons or payments look wrong

Your club manages its own lessons, schedules and payment records. Contact your club first; if the app itself is doing something wrong, email us.

I booked a court without an account

Your booking code is in the confirmation email. To view or cancel the booking, open Smasho, tap Just book a court, then Already booked? Manage it, and enter the code. Show the code at the club's front desk to check in. Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder, then email us from the address you booked with.

How do I pay for a court?

You pay the club, not Smasho. Pay at the front desk when you arrive, or by e-transfer if the club offers it; the address is shown right after you book and on your booking. For refunds or late cancellations, contact the club.

I'm a club and want guests to book my courts

In Pricing › Rental, add a rate for every open hour, then turn on Allow guest bookings. You can also add an e-transfer email and a sales tax there. Your club stays off the public court finder until you turn this on, and you can turn it off at any time.

Download Smasho, choose Club when you sign up, and the setup guide walks you through hours, courts, coaches and lessons. Email us if you'd like a hand getting started.
